Terms and Conditions Get Magic e-Voucher by Central Group
  • The offer is exclusively available to customers who apply for a Bangkok Bank Travel Card for the first time.
  • Get Magic e‑Vouchers from Central Group worth a total of 1,000 baht when you apply for a Bangkok Bank Travel Card for the first time from August 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026 and accumulate spending of 20,000 baht.
  • The Magic e-Vouchers are reserved for customers who have successfully registered for the promotion via SMS in accordance with the specified conditions between August 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026. Customers who have registered for this promotion are not eligible to participate in the “Mid-Year Travel Privileges promotion offering a Caggioni Snow Trunk suitcase worth 3,990 baht, when you apply for a Bangkok Bank Travel Card for the first time and spend at least 10,000 baht within 60 days of the card application.”
  • Limit of one Magic e-Voucher/customer and a limit of 600 Magic e-Vouchers throughout the promotion period. The offer is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, until the limit is reached.
  • Bangkok Bank will notify eligible customers of their entitlement to the offer via a notification message on the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking on October 26, 2026.
  • The offer will be available on October 26, 2026, in the form of two 500 baht e-Vouchers. Customers can claim the e-Vouchers through the “Rewards” menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking by December 31, 2026 otherwise you will forfeit the offer.
  • After redeeming the offer, you can view it at “My Rewards” on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking. The code for the Magic e-Voucher is valid until December 31, 2026.
  • The Bank reserves the right to calculate only completed transactions. Refunded, adjusted, canceled transactions, cashback reimbursements, overseas ATM withdrawals, or transactions that violate the Bank’s conditions will not qualify.
  • The Bank will calculate accumulated spending of 20,000 baht or more based on the transaction date and time recorded in the Bank’s system. Foreign currency transactions will be converted into Thai baht using Mastercard exchange rates on the transaction date as recorded by the Bank.
  • Eligible customers must maintain an active card status until the date of receiving the offer. The bank reserves the right to deny privileges in cases where the card is lost, confiscated, suspended, or canceled except where a replacement card is issued after a re-application for a new card within the promotion period. In such cases, all eligible spending under the promotion will be calculated based on the primary cardholder’s ID number.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for cash under any circumstances.
Terms and conditions of Magic e Vouchers (Electronic gift card)
  • The card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited (“the Company”).
  • The Magic e Vouchers can be used at participating stores including Central, Robinson, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food, Eathai Market Zone, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, GO WOW, GO Power, Supersports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BNB Home, Auto1, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, and participating restaurants under Central Restaurants Group, according to the value shown on the e Voucher. (Excludes rental shops, food court areas, CHANEL Beauty, and online channels.) Participating locations may change. Customers may inquire about eligible locations by contacting Magic Gift Card Call Center at 0 2100 8777 before use.
  • The e Voucher cannot be used to purchase the following items:

    • Phone cards or any type of prepaid cards
    • Cash cards
    • Gift vouchers
    • Gift cards
    • Wholesale products
    • Certain structural/material goods (specific items)
    • Products or services that violate legal restrictions, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, medicines, infant formula, baby food, and dietary supplements for infants, whether currently enforced or to be enforced in the future
  • The e Vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash, nor can the payment method be altered under any circumstances.
  • The e Vouchers are valid for single use only. If the purchase value is less than the e-Voucher value, the remaining balance on the e-Voucher will not be refunded.
  • Customers must present the Magic e Voucher barcode via a mobile phone to the cashier before payment. Printed copies or screenshots of the barcode are not accepted.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny issuance, cancellation, refund, or compensation in case of any changes affecting the Magic e Voucher, including loss or expiration.
