Terms and Conditions
  • The privilege is exclusively for Bangkok Bank Travel Card holders.
  • Eligible customers will receive two Emirates Economy Class round-trip air tickets (booking classes T and L only) on one of the following routes: Bangkok-Paris, Bangkok-London, Bangkok-Zurich, or Bangkok-Milan valued at 100,000 baht, including fuel surcharge and baggage allowance of up to 25 kg per passenger.
  • The privilege is available for the first 20 customers with accumulated spending of 500,000 baht or more on their Bangkok Bank Travel Card from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
  • Limit of one privilege/card/customer and a limit of first 20 customers whose accumulated spending meets the criteria. Eligibility will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis until the limit is reached.
  • The privilege is valid for customers who have registered for the campaign via SMS from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Customers who have registered for this campaign will not be eligible to participate in any other Bangkok Bank Travel Card promotions during the same period.
  • The Bank reserves the right to calculate only completed transactions recorded in the Bank’s system (settlement date). Refunded, adjusted, canceled transactions, overseas ATM cash withdrawals, or transactions that violate the Bank’s conditions will not qualify.
  • The Bank will calculate accumulated spending of 500,000 baht or more based on the transaction date and time recorded in the Bank’s system. Foreign currency transactions will be converted into Thai baht using Mastercard exchange rates on the transaction date as recorded by the Bank. Transactions under the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) are excluded: insurance and investment-related transactions, including insurance products, unit-linked insurance, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, commodities, and similar investments (MCC 6300, 6381, 6399, 6211).
  • Eligible customers must maintain an active Bangkok Bank Travel Card status until the date of receiving the offer. The Bank reserves the right to deny privileges in cases where the card is lost, confiscated, suspended, or canceled except where a replacement card is issued after a re-application for a new card within the promotion period. In such cases, all eligible spending under the promotion will be calculated based on the primary cardholder’s Citizen ID number.
  • Promotion results will be announced via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking notification by October 2026.
  • The reward will appear in Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking as an e-Voucher containing a 4-digit redemption code by October 2026. Customers must redeem the reward through the Rewards menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking by December 31, 2026, otherwise they will forfeit the privilege.
  • After redemption, customers may contact Emirates Call Center at 02-664-1040 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM) or visit Emirates World Bangkok, Gaysorn Centre, 1st Floor (daily, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM) to reserve their seats using the 4-digit redemption code.

    • Booking Period: October 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026
    • Travel Period: October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027
  • The awarded cardholder must be the passenger and may bring one companion. Both travelers must travel on the same itinerary and flight. If the eligible customer is unable to travel for any reason, the Bank reserves the right to award the privilege to the next eligible customer.
  • Customers who receive this privilege must contact Emirates Airlines to make their flight reservation. Reservations and route selections will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order in which customers contact Emirates to book, until all available privileges have been allocated. The number of privileges available for each route is limited as follows:

    • Bangkok–Paris: Limited to 5 privileges.
    • Bangkok–London, Bangkok–Zurich, or Bangkok–Milan: Limited to a combined total of 15 privileges.
  • Customers must agree that Bangkok Bank may disclose necessary personal information, including full name and redemption details to Emirates for ticket issuance, reservation management, eligibility verification, and related purposes.
  • Bangkok Bank acts solely as the issuer of Bangkok Bank Travel Card and is not responsible for Emirates' services. For inquiries, please contact Emirates directly at 02-664-1040 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
  • The privilege is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction any other promotions.
Air Ticket Terms and Conditions
  • The reward consists of two Emirates Economy Class round-trip tickets (booking classes T and L only) on the routes: Bangkok-Paris, Bangkok-London, or Bangkok-Zurich, including fuel surcharge and baggage allowance of up to 25 kg per passenger.
  • Airport taxes, government taxes, and other fees imposed by authorities or airports are not included and must be paid by the traveler at the applicable rates at the time of ticket issuance.
  • This privilege does not include the cost of obtaining a passport, visa application fees, travel insurance, medical expenses, telephone charges, internet charges, additional food or beverages, or any other personal expenses.
  • Once issued, tickets cannot be changed, transferred, reassigned, or reissued under any circumstances. In addition, the privilege is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person for any reason whatsoever.
  • Open-jaw or surface-sector itineraries are not permitted. Return travel must depart from the same airport as the arrival flight.
  • The reward does not include passport fees, visa fees, travel insurance, medical expenses, telephone charges, internet charges, additional meals or beverages, or any personal expenses.
  • Tickets must be booked and issued between October 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Failure to complete ticket issuance within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the reward.
  • Travel must take place from October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
  • Customers wishing to upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class or First Class must pay any fare difference, taxes, and fees imposed by Emirates.
  • Tickets may only be issued in the name of the eligible Bangkok Bank Travel Cardholder and one travel companion (if any). Both passengers must travel together on the same flight. Seat availability is subject to Emirates' inventory and availability. Preferred travel dates and flights cannot be guaranteed.
  • Reservations and ticket issuance must be completed through Emirates at 02-664-1040 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) or in person at Emirates World, Bangkok, Gaysorn Centre 1 (daily from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.).
  • Passengers are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, travel documents, and any other required documentation, as well as all related expenses.
  • In the event of a no-show or unused ticket, the ticket will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or rescheduled.
  • Tickets issued under this promotion are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other compensation.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Flight schedules, delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, and all operational matters are the responsibility of Emirates and are governed by the airline's terms and conditions.
  • Air transportation services are subject to Emirates' conditions of carriage and all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries involved.
