Terms and conditions for the top 100 spenders campaign
  • The offer is for Bangkok Bank Travel cardholders only.
  • Eligible cardholders will get one 20-inch Caggioni suitcase worth 3,990 baht when they spend 5,000 baht or more on participating activities via the Klook website or app, payingwith a Bangkok Bank Travel Card, and rank among the top 100 spenders during the promotional period running from June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026.
  • Limit of one offer/card/cardholder and a total of 100 offers for the top spenders. The offer is granted on a first-come, first-qualified basis until all quotas are filled.
  • The Bank will notify eligible customers of their reward within 15 business days after the campaign ends, provided they meet the required spending conditions. Notifications will be sent via SMS to the registered phone number or via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking notifications. If the Bank cannot contact the eligible cardholder, or if there is no response within 30 days after the campaign ends, the cardholder will forfeit the reward.
  • Only transactions that have been successfully recorded in the Bank’s system (Settlement Date) will be counted. Foreign currency transactions will be converted into Thai Baht based on Mastercard exchange rates on the transaction date recorded by the Bank.
  • The Bank will deliver the suitcase by postal service to the address registered with the Bank within 60 days after the campaign ends.
  • If the cardholder does not receive the suitcase within the specified period, please contact Bangkok Bank Call Center 1333.
  • Eligible cardholders must maintain an active Bangkok Bank Travel Card status until the reward is received. The Bank reserves the right to revoke the privilege in cases where the card is lost, seized, suspended, cancelled, or replaced.
  • If the reward is unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer or distributor, the Bank reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equivalent quality and value.
