  1. Missions: Check in / Play mini games / Answer questions

    • This privilege is for customers of Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking who complete the following missions, by going to the “Rewards” menu, then to the “Mission” menu and choose “Other missions”, from April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025.

      1. Check in for 7 days (in total) to get 100 Planktons per month.
      2. Complete the mini game to get 50 Planktons per month.
      3. Answer questions to get 50 Planktons per month.
        *All answers will be used to analyze and improve Bangkok Bank’s products and services only. By selecting “Join Now”, you confirm that you agree with the Terms and Conditions of Bangkok Bank.

    • All missions can be completed once per month. Once completed, customers cannot retake the missions in the same month. Customers can complete the missions in the following month.
    • The maximum Planktons entitled each month is 200 Planktons (or a maximum of 600 Planktons throughout the campaign).
  2. Transfer money at least once a day for 7 days within the same calendar month, andget 100 Planktons (limited to 3 rights / customer / month, or a maximum of 300 Planktons per month)

    • This privilege is for customers who transfer money via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, at least once a day, totaling 7 days within the same calendar month during the campaign period (except International Fund Transfer and Foreign Currency Deposits)
    • The campaign period is April 1, 2025 – June 28, 2025, within 11:00 p.m. of the day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered the next day (except on June 28, 2025 when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must select “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after making a successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 100 Planktons within 2 days.
    • Limited to a maximum of 300 Planktons / month or 900 Planktons throughout the entire campaign period from this mission. 
    • Caution! When completing the mission on the last two days of a month, customers will receive Planktons the following month, and they will be counted towards the following month’s quota.
  3. Top up True Money Wallet for the first time with 200 baht or more, and get 300 Planktons (limited to 1 right / customer for the entire campaign period)

    • This privilege is for customers who have never topped up True Money Wallet on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking/ATM/Bualuang iBanking/Biz iBanking or have never topped up/paid a bill with True Money Wallet via direct debit from a Bangkok Bank account before.
    • This privilege is for customers who top up True Money Wallet for the first time with Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking (must not topped up via auto direct debit) for 200 baht or more, one time during the campaign period.
    • The campaign period is from April 1, 2025 – June 28, 2025, before 11:00 p.m. each day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered as a transaction for the next day (except on June 28, 2025, when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must select “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to click “Join Now” once for this mission for the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after making a successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 300 Planktons within 2 days.
    • Receive a maximum of 300 Planktons from this mission for the entire campaign period.
  4. Special deal for TU students and staff, transfer money at least once a day for 3 days within the same calendar month, get 100 Planktons (limited to 1 right / customer / month, or a maximum of 300 Planktons throughout the entire campaign period)

    • This privilege is for TU students and staff with a student smart ID account with Bangkok Bank or Bangkok Bank-TU co-branded debit card only.
    • This privilege is for customers who transfer money via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, at least once a day, totaling 5 days within the same calendar month during the campaign period (except International Fund Transfer and Foreign Currency Deposits)
    • The campaign period is from April 1, 2025 – June 28, 2025, before 11:00 p.m. each day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered as a transaction for the next day (except on June 28, 2025, when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).

    • This privilege is for TU students and staff with a student smart ID account with Bangkok Bank or Bangkok Bank-TU co-branded debit card only.
    • This privilege is for customers who transfer money via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, at least once a day, totaling 5 days within the same calendar month during the campaign period (except International Fund Transfer and Foreign Currency Deposits)

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to scan to pay the BeMerchant NextGen QR Code at participating cafés when spending 200 baht or more / transaction, once a month within the same calendar month, during the campaign period.

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) or Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) or Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) bills of 100 baht or more / transaction, once a month within the same calendar month during the campaign period.
    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) bills. For the Waterworks bill, this privilege is eligible only for payment with Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking via scanning the water bill QR Code/Barcode or the QR Code/Barcode on the MWA on Mobile (Metropolitan Waterworks Authority) application or paying App to App on mobile banking on the PWA Plus Life application (Provincial Waterworks Authority)

  3. After redemption, customers can check their privileges at "My Rewards" in the “Rewards” menu.
  4. Customers can use the e-Coupon / e-Voucher / code until July 15, 2025. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  5. Auntie Anne's Original Pretzel code valued at 35 baht is limited to 500 privileges per month (within the same calendar month) or 1,500 privileges throughout the entire campaign period. (Available for redemption from April 21, 2025 onwards)

Conditions for using BBQ Plaza e-Voucher
  • Customers are required to use the e-Voucher before it expires, otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  • The e-Voucher can only be used once for purchase of products and services and cannotbe exchanged for cash.
  • This e-Voucher has been submitted for VAT under section 78/3 of the Revenue Code for customers already. Therefore, when customers using the e-Voucher, tax invoices cannot be issued.
  • This e-Voucher is valid only at shops from Food Passion Co., Ltd. which includes all branches of Bar-B-Q Plaza, Charna, and Gon Express.
  • When customers purchase products and services, the value of this voucher will accumulate to earn membership points.
  • Customers are required to show this e-Voucher prior to payment. Otherwise, all rights attached to the-Voucher will be waived.
  • This e-Voucher can be used before the expiration date specified. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  • The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by the customers in the following cases:
    • Unable to get the e-Voucher due to an error with the customer’s mobile phone. 
    • Unable to use the e-Voucher due to data loss.
    • Use of the e-Voucher incorrectly.
  • By purchasing and using this e-Voucher, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as appears in the Company's electronic communication channels in all respects.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse this e-Voucher if the system has detected that the e-Voucher code has already been used.

Conditions for using Bangchak e-Coupon
  • Customers are required to use the e-coupon before it expires. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  • The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, returned or exchanged for cash for any reason.
  • The e-Coupon can be used at participating Bangchak gas stations.
  • The e-Coupon can be used once per transaction.
  • In the case where the price of refueling is lower than the e-Coupon value, the difference cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Conditions for using Tops Market e-Voucher
  • Customers are required to use the e-Voucher before it expires. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  • The e-Voucher can only be used once.
  • The e-Voucher has no limit in the number of vouchers used per receipt.
  • The e-Voucher can be used in place of cash when purchasing products at any Tops branch.
  • The e-Voucher can be used at Tops, Tops Food Hall and Tops Fine Food all branches (except Tops Online).
  • The e-Voucher cannot be used to pay for CENTRAL EATERY products, various service fees or top-up, all types of phone cards and top-up cards, alcohol beverages, cigarettes, wholesale or bulk products with the same barcode of 6 packs or more, food court and products or services from rental shops sold under Central Food Retail Co., Ltd.
  • Customers are required to show the e-Voucher to receive the privileges at the cashier counter only.
  • The e-Voucher can be used with regular priced and promotional priced products.
  • The e-Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons. Customers must choose to use either the e-Voucher or another discount/receipt.
  • The Company reserves the right not to accept the e-Voucher from phone screenshots, photographs, photocopies or printouts for any reason.
