How to sign in for the first time
- Download TU GREATS app via App Store or Google Play Store
- Enter your university username and password
- Read Terms and Conditions and click "Accept"
- Successfully access the app
How to change PIN
- Go to "Settings" menu and select "Security"
- Select "Application PIN Code"
- Enter the current PIN
- Turn on PIN function and then set a new PIN
How to reset PIN
- Click "Not you?" button to sign out
- Sign in to TU GREATS app with your university username and password
- Go to "Settings" menu and select "Security"
- Turn on PIN function and then set a new PIN

Yes
- How can I access an online classroom?
You can join an online classroom via TU GREATS app. Go to Menu > Class and click "Class Team" button to connect with Online Class Team on Microsoft Teams. Then click "Join" to access the class as scheduled.
- If the classroom has been changed, will I know immediately? Is there any notification?
Yes, you will be notified via push notification.
- Can I search for past notifications?
Yes, you can search for past notifications by going to Menu > Notification Inbox.
- How can I download study materials?
You can download materials by clicking "Class" button > Select the preferred subject > the post will appear on screen > Select the preferred post.
- Can I use TU GREATS app to pay for food, beverages and goods in the university?
Yes, you can pay conveniently by clicking "Scan to Pay" in TU GREATS app, which will allow you to make a payment via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
- Which shops in the university allow you to pay with TU GREATS app?
You can use the app at any shops with a QR Code symbol.
- Can I use TU GREATS app to pay for tuition fees?
Yes, tuition fees can be paid via TU GREATS app from the 2nd semester of the academic year 2020 onwards.
- In case I have any questions, which channels can I contact to get more information?
Go to "Q&A" menu where you can access and select the subject of inquiry and then connect with supporting channels.
