Up to 30 years (35 years for permanent employees) of which the repayment period and the applicant’s age combined must not exceed 65 years.

Collateral
A land title with residential property in a residential project of the bank’s partners. (excluding condominiums, vacant land and leasehold properties) Must be a residence with a solar roof as specified in the purchase and sale contract or stated in a house specification.
Fees
Appraisal fee waived - a minimum of 3,000 baht (excluding VAT).
The fees depend on the collateral type, size and amount announced by the bank on the website or at branches
