Terms and Conditions
- AC cleaning service
- Suitable for air conditioners that have been regularly maintained every 6-12 months
- Provides a split-type cleaning service (the AC unit inside and the hot coil outside) by a team of 1-3 skilled technicians depending on the number of the air conditioners specified by the customer.
- Excludes repair, installation, or refrigerant (refrigerant doesn't need to be topped-up unless there is a leak)
- When technician(s) arrive at the service site, if the type or size of the air conditioner does not match the given details, an additional charge will need to be paid before proceeding with the job.
- Electric and plumbing service
- Suitable for houses, condominiums or offices that have minor electrical and plumbing issues or small structural work.
- A starting price of 1,000 baht covers site and issue inspection and minor repairs.
- After the customer makes a request, customer service will give a rough cost estimate based on the pictures and videos sent by the customer.
- If the customer wants to have an on-site inspection for cost estimation from technician, customer will have to pay a fee of 1,000 baht to book the service.
- After the technician finishes the on-site inspection, the customer service team will send a final quotation to the customer for approval. If the quotation is accepted, the initial fee of 1,000 baht will be deducted from the final price. If the quotation is not accepted, the initial fee of 1,000 baht will be charged as an on-site inspection fee and will not be refunded.
- Provided by a team of 1-4 skilled technicians depending on the job scope.
- This service is not a construction service. It does not include materials or products.
- When staff arriving at the service site, if the size of the area does not match the given details, an additional charge will need to be paid before proceeding.
- All services are provided in Bangkok and the metropolitan area.
- Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion or service details without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, ServisHero’s decisions are final.
