The debentures were assigned “A-” rating with a “Stable” outlook by TRIS Rating on June 22, 2026.

[2.60 - 2.80] % p.a

Tranche 2: 7-year

[3.10 - 3.30] % p.a

Tranche 3: 10-year

The offering price per unit is 1,000 baht. The minimum subscription is 100,000 baht, with subsequent multiples of 10,000 baht for institutional investors, and subsequent multiples of 100,000 baht for ordinary investors (including individual institutional investors)

Expected subscription period: [July 31], 2026 and [August 3-4], 2026. Additionally, Saturday, August  [1], and Sunday, August  [2], 2026, will be available exclusively via the online channel of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited
