Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited, (“SAWAD” or the “Issuer”), the Secured Retail Loans Provider Under the Slogan “Srisawad Ngern Sod Than Jai,” will issue Unsubordinated and Guaranteed Debentures with Debentureholders’ Representative in the Name-Registered Certificate No. 1/2026 (the “Debentures”)


The debentures were assigned a credit rating of “A-(tha)" outlook "Stable” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as of  October 9, 2025.

  

Debeture (No. 1/2026)

Fixed Coupon Rate
( Interest payment: every 3 months)

Tranche 1: 3 Years

[2.85 - 2.90]% p.a.

Tranche 2: 5 Years

[3.15 - 3.25]% p.a.

Tranche 3: 7 Years 

[3.65 - 3.75] % p.a.


Interest payable every 3 months throughout the term of the Debentures

The offering price per unit is 1,000 baht with a minimum subscription amount of 100,000 baht. Subsequent multiples of 100,000 baht  for Retail Investors

Offering to: the General Public (including a natural person who qualifies as an Institutional Investor, subscribing as a Retail Investor only)

Expected Subscriptions: March [31], 2026 and April [1-2], 2026

Subscription Channels: Bangkok Bank Branches (Except Micro Branches) or Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
