Investment Policy
The Fund focuses on investing in domestic and/or overseas securities of a group of companies related to the Four Requisites, namely food, accommodation, clothing and medicine. Such securities will be ‘value stocks’ with good fundamentals and high growth potential. The Fund will invest in or hold the aforementioned securities averaging in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV of the common stocks listed on the SET and/or MAI averaging in an accounting year not less than 65% of the NAV. The proportion of overseas investment shall not be more than 25% of the NAV.
Dividend Payment Policy
Twice a year or as per the Management Company’s discretion. The dividend paid from:
1. Dividend/ interest received; or
2. Not exceeding 30% of the retained earning/ net profit, whichever is lower
