Investment Policy
The Fund primarily invests in overseas equities issued by companies established in or with business in China and listed on accepted stock markets such as the stock exchanges in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore or USA. Chinese stocks that the Fund invests in are A-Share, H-Share, American Deposit Recipient (ADR), B-Share, Red-Chips, P-Chips and in the future other securities related to China. The Fund will invest in these types of overseas equities, averaging in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.
The Management Company assigns Allianz Global Investors Asia Pacific Limited to be the ‘outsourced fund manager’ for foreign investment of the Fund.

Dividend Payment Policy
Not more than four times/year or as per the Management Company’s discretion. The dividend will be paid not more than 100% from retained earnings or net profit or an increase in net operation assets.
