Investment Policy
- The Fund invests in the investment units of foreign mutual funds and/or foreign ETFs, with a minimum of two destination funds. These destination funds focus on investing in China A-Shares, which are stocks listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and/or the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the People's Republic of China. The selected stocks are related to industries with high growth potential, expected to be driven by economic and social transformation in China, as well as long-term trends that support economic expansion. This aligns with the concept of the “Next Economy”, which refers to a new economic model powered by innovation and advanced technologies across various industries. The fund will invest in any one destination fund with an average not exceeding 79% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV) per fiscal year. It will maintain a Net Exposure in foreign mutual funds with the above characteristics at no less than 80% of the fund’s NAV on average per fiscal year. Additionally, the fund will maintain a Net Exposure related to foreign investment risk at no less than 80% of the NAV on average per fiscal year.
- The fund may also invest in other mutual funds under the same asset management company, with an average not exceeding 20% of the NAV per fiscal year.
- The fund uses derivatives at the fund manager’s discretion to hedge against exchange rate risk and/or to enhance investment efficiency (EPM) and/or through structured notes.
- The fund aims to deliver performance that outperforms its benchmark index through active management.
