Investment Policy
The Fund only invests in the investment units of Wellington Global Innovation Fund (the Master Fund), Class S-ACC (USD), averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.
For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in other domestic and foreign securities or assets including derivatives to hedge depend on the discretion of the Fund Manager and/or for the efficient portfolio management and/or structured note. The Fund may invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 20% of the NAV.

Master Fund
Wellington Global Innovation Fund is an overseas fund under Wellington Management Funds (Luxembourg) for which Wellington Luxembourg S.à.r.l. (the Management Company of the Master Fund) appointed Wellington Management Company LLP as a fund manager and registered in Luxembourg in accordance with the regulations of UCITS. The Master Fund has an investment policy primarily in equity securities issued by companies worldwide which are believed to be drivers of innovation or beneficiaries of innovation, such as health innovation, FinTech, machine learning and/or automation, etc.
