The Fund only invests in the investment units of Kotak Funds - India Midcap Fund (the Master Fund) Class J Acc, averaging in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.

Kotak Funds - India Midcap Fund (the Master Fund) is an overseas fund that aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing at least two thirds of its total assets in equity and equity linked securities of mid capitalization companies registered in India.
