Investment Policy
  • The fund has a policy to diversify investments in the following assets:
    1. Stocks listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and/or the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) averaged in an accounting year not less than 65% and not more than 70% of the NAV. The fund focuses on investing in ESG outstanding highly liquid stocks that pay dividends or Low Beta stocks compared to the SET Index with the following characteristics: 1.1) Stocks of listed companies selected by SET for their outstanding environmental (Environment) or sustainability (ESG) performance, and/or 1.2) Stocks of listed companies that disclose information about greenhouse gas emissions, management plans, and targets to achieve Thailand’s greenhouse gas reduction goals, and/or 1.3) Stocks of listed companies with governance (Governance) characteristics that comply with the announcements, and/or
    2. Government bonds, bonds or debentures guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance for principal and interest, excluding convertible debentures and other debt instruments. The bonds, debentures, or debt instruments must be Green Bonds, Sustainability Bonds, or Sustainability-Linked Bonds that disclose information as specified by the SEC.
  • The fund must have a net exposure in the aforementioned assets averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.

  • The fund has an investment proportion in foreign assets not exceeding 20% of the fund’s net asset value. The fund manager will hedge against exchange rate risks at their discretion.
  • The Fund may invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 20% of the NAV.
  • The fund may invest in derivatives to hedge against investment risks, as well as to enhance portfolio management efficiency (EPM) and/or structured notes.
  • Expects returns higher than the Benchmark. (Active Management)
Dividend Payment Policy

The Fund has a policy to pay dividend not more than 1 time a year or as per the Management Company’s discretion. The dividend payment is considered from

  1. Dividends or interest received from the assets of the fund.
  2. No more than 30% from retained earnings or net profits from the accounting period in which the dividends will be paid, whichever is lower.
The Management Company reserves the right not to pay out dividends in any period if it deemed that such payment will not cover the expenses for paying out dividends but will carry such amount forward to the next accounting period. This is in order to save on expenses for paying out dividends.

However, switched investment units must be held for at least 5 consecutive years (from the date that the management company switches LTF investment units to Thai ESGX).
