Bangkok Bank joins AIA Thailand to offer life and health protection for customers with the "Be Together For Health" insurance via mobile banking covering complete medical expenses up to 60,000 baht per visit, with no limit on the number of visits or total amount claimed per year with insurance premiums starting at just 16 baht per day. Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Pornpimon Trongtiengdham said that after the Covid-19 pandemic, consumers have become more interested in purchasing health insurance, but they often choose coverage based on necessity and low premiums. Therefore, to meet the needs of consumers wishing to prepare for future medical expenses, Bangkok Bank has collaborated with AIA Thailand to launch the Be Together For Health plan, which provides coverage for inpatient (IDP) medical expenses and emergency medical treatment as well as additional protection in case of death with appropriate premiums for customers who use mobile banking. This insurance product has been available via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking since March 1, 2024, offering coverage for medical expenses with no limit on the number of visits and total amount claimed per year as well as low insurance premiums starting at just 16 baht per day.
