Terms and Conditions
  1. The privilege is valid for Bangkok Bank Travel Card cardholders aged between 20 – 75 years. 
  2. Cardholders must pay for international flight tickets under their names with the Bangkok Bank Travel Card and register for the privilege during the promotion period.
  3. The international travel insurance provided by Bangkok Insurance (PCL) has coverage validity of 10 days per entitlement, unless otherwise specified in the insurance policy.
  4. The privilege is limited to 1 entitlement per card per month, and up to 2 entitlements per card per year. 
  5. The promotion period is from November 18, 2025 – December 31, 2026. 
  6. Cardholders can check their international travel insurance entitlement with Bangkok Insurance by calling 02-285-8888 (press 1), Monday–Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays) from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., or via email at pbnew@bangkokinsurance.com.
  7. The privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions during the same period.
  8. Cardholders must retain the sales slip and receipt of the flight tickets paid with the Bangkok Bank Travel Card (receipt must show the cardholder’s name as a passenger) for international travel insurance registration purposes.
  9. Registration for the international travel insurance must be completed at least 7 business days before your travel date.

  11. The insurance policy will be sent to you within 7 business days after successful registration in electronic format (e-policy) via email
  12. If registration via email fails, Bangkok Insurance will notify you within 7 business days via the email address you provided
  13. To file a travel insurance claim, cardholders must follow Bangkok Insurance’s procedures as follows:

Once the claim is approved, an SMS will be sent to the insured’s registered phone number with the payout amount.

Claim payment terms:

  • Bangkok Insurance will process and pay claims within 15 days after receiving complete and correct documentation.

Cardholders can access 24-hour emergency assistance services while traveling abroad via Bangkok Insurance’s HOTLINE CENTRE: +66 (0) 2 342 3279. Please provide your full name and policy number, or the reference number.

    • Only Mr. A will receive the insurance benefit. The cardholder must pay for their own international flight ticket using their own Bangkok Bank Travel Card. The name on the receipt and ticket must match the Bangkok Bank Travel Card cardholder’s name
