For New Customers


  • This privilege is for customers who apply and make their first log on to Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking (Customers who reapply after cancelling their existing account are not eligible) and complete at least one transaction (transfer, top-up, or payment) of any amount within 11:00 p.m. on the day they first log on (excluding international transfers and using non-Thai Baht accounts).
  • Limited to 1 code per person (a total of 8,000 codes throughout the entire campaign period). 
  • Period: March 5, 2026 - April 30, 2026.


For Existing Customers


  • This offer is for existing Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking customers who top up 500 baht or more on https://termgame.com via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking at least once. 
  • Limited to 1 code per person (total of 2,000 codes for the entire campaign period).
  • Period: March 5, 2026 -  April 30, 2026.
Code and Reward Redemption Conditions
  • Once you have successfully met the conditions, you can claim the code for the "Bangkok Bank Box (Gold)" in the "Rewards" menu within 2 days after fulfilling the requirements. Customers can claim this right no later than May 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  • After you have redeemed the right, you can find the code under "My rewards" in the "Rewards" menu. Then, use the code to claim your reward in the RoV game. The reward can be claimed from March 6, 2026, to May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  • The reward code will be a 10-digit (alphanumeric code). Each code can only be used to redeem the reward once.
  • The reward, a "Bangkok Bank Box (Gold)", will be sent to your in-game mailbox within 15 minutes after successfully entering the code.
  • If a customer enters a duplicate or incorrect code more than 3 times, the company reserves the right to suspend the customer from entering codes for 5 hours.
  • Customers must redeem their right within the specified time; otherwise, the right to the reward will be considered forfeited.
  • Customers can use coupons received from the promotion to buy items for personal use only. The coupons cannot be used for gifting.
  • Customers cannot use coupons received from the promotion for top-up events or any other coupon-spending events. 
  • When purchasing an item, the system will always deduct from the coupons received from the promotion first.
  • Customers cannot use coupons received from the promotion to buy or participate in web-based (H5) events. 
  • Coupons will expire on the last day of the month in which they are received. For example, if a customer chooses to receive coupons as a reward on March 15, 2026, the coupons will be valid until March 31, 2026.
Terms & Conditions
  • This privilege is only for customers who successfully apply and log on to Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking. 
  • The privileges cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded for cash or other prizes, cannot be transferred to any other person or juristic person in any case, and cannot be given together with money in any way. 
  • If any fraudulent behavior is detected, Bangkok Bank and the Company reserve the right to permanently disqualify participants from future activities and take legal action at their discretion. 
  • Bangkok Bank and the Company shall not be responsible for delayed, incomplete or fraudulent internet systems or incorrect data transmission caused by the participants or slow internet systems whether due to errors, negligence, modifications, bribery, deletion, theft, unauthorized destruction or misuse of data, data corruption, network failure or errors from software or hardware or any other circumstances.
  • Customers have read and understood the terms and conditions, how to participate, prizes and other details of the campaign and agree to comply with the terms and conditions specified above in all respects. 
  • Bangkok Bank and the Company’s terms and conditions apply.
  • In case of any dispute, Bangkok Bank and the Company’s decision will be treated as final.
