  • All the criteria and conditions of the service are in accordance with the terms and conditions of Aspire Lifestyles Emergency Medical Assistance Service.
  • Be Together Infinite Health and AIA Infinite Care Rider customers are entitled to use this service 60 days after the policy's effective date.
  • The Domestic Emergency Medical Assistance Service is applicable only to the Insured who travel more than 150 kilometres away from their residence within Thailand and not exceeding 90 consecutive days per one-time travel.
  • The Overseas Emergency Medical Assistance Service is applicable only to the Insured who travel abroad and not exceeding 90 consecutive days per one-time travel.
  • The Insured's home country must be in Thailand.
  • The Bank and AIA Group Group are not affiliated with Aspire Lifestyles (Thailand) Company Limited (“Aspire Lifestyles”) in terms of shareholding and management and are not involved in any business operations of Aspire Lifestyles. Any efforts made by Aspire Lifestyles to sell their services or products are neither associated with nor offered by the Bank and the Bank is not responsible for any such services.
  • Eligibility for this service is in accordance with conditions by AIA Company Limited and Aspire Lifestyles. Conditions and timeframe of service are subject to change. Service provision is as specified by Aspire Lifestyles.
  • Aspire Lifestyles will pay the medical expenses incurred during and after hospitalization for the Insured as deemed appropriate. Other incurred expenses beyond coverage will be the responsibility of the Insured.
  • Aspire Lifestyles reserves the absolute right to decide whether the illness or injury of the Insured is in critical stage that emergency medical evacuation is needed as well as to decide type of vehicle and medical evacuation by taking into consideration the facts and existing environment acknowledged by Aspire Lifestyles.
