Personal Medical Case Management by MEDIX


Customers’ health can be protected with “Personal Medical Case Management” which provides personal medical consultation from professional networks with more than 4,000 leading specialized medical practitioners and over 2,000 medical facilities of excellence worldwide. This service will help customers understand and manage their illness and MEDIX will support customers along their medical journey from diagnosis, testing and treatment, all the way to recovery.

What does MEDIX “Personal Medical Case Management” cover?

  • Access to the world’s leading specialized medical practitioners
  • Opportunities to review and re-evaluate medical conditions and information
  • Medical recommendations based on reviewed diagnoses from specialized medical practitioners
  • Provision of ongoing guidance and support for a minimum of 3 months
  • 24-hour hotline for exceptional cases (excluding public holidays)
Three levels of Personal Medical Case Management
  1. Cancer and Suspected Cancer Cases: Critical illness insurance with coverage of 3 million baht or more
    For customers with more than 3 million baht coverage of critical illness insurance, which are Be Together Care and AIA CI Plus / AIA CI Care Riders

  2. The 3 Diseases Group
    • Cancer and suspected cancer cases 
    • Cardiovascular diseases
    • Orthopaedic diseases with a duration of 90 days or more

    For customers with a minimum total annual premium of 250,000 baht

  3. The 21 Diseases Group
    • The 3 Diseases Group + other diseases, for example, kidney diseases, liver diseases, and neuroinfectious diseases, etc.

    For customers who purchased the Be Together Infinite Health Policy, AIA Infinite Care Rider, and AIA Health Happy Rider (15 MB and 25 MB plans)

Note: Eligible policyholders can receive support free of charge.
How does MEDIX work?
  1. Contact MEDIX by phone at (66) 0 2026 8717. Once you decide to use the MEDIX service, you will receive a consent form for service initiation to sign and send back. Then, MEDIX will collect and analyze your medical report.
  2. MEDIX will assign your personal medical team, including a specialized medical practitioner and coordinator nurse.
  3. The assigned medical team will review and re-evaluate your medical condition and information.
  4. If needed, the assigned medical team will refer you to a leading specialist to arrange further medical tests.
  5. The assigned medical team will provide consolidated expert medical recommendations and allow you to decide the suitable course of treatment.
  6. The assigned medical team will provide answers to your questions and guidance throughout your medical journey until you recover.
