Refinance to reduce the interest on your mortgage and speed up your repayments with a new low interest loan with a maximum credit limit up to 100% of the outstanding debt.
The term cannot exceed 30 years (up to 35 years for permanent employees)
or, the repayment period and the applicant’s age combined must not exceed 65 years.
