Terms and conditions
  1. This privilege is for customers who send money via Western Union on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking from January 15,2026 - July 31, 2026.

    • Condition 1: receive 100-baht cashback/transaction when sending money to 14 selected destinations: China, the United States, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Türkiye, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Nepal, Germany, South Africa (3,500 privileges in total).
    • Condition 2: receive 50-baht cashback/transaction when sending money to other destinations besides destination countries in the condition 1 (10,000 privileges in total).

  2. No redemption limit per customer, 13,500 privileges in total throughout the promotional period.

  3. Cashback redemption conditions
    • The Bank will credit the cashback to the account the next day after the customer has completed a transaction according to the conditions.
    • The customer receiving cashback will receive a notification via SMS Alert on the day the money is credited.

  4. Privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded or used with any other discounts or promotions.
  5. Bangkok Bank’s terms and conditions apply.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Bangkok Bank and Western Union will be treated as final.
