Each existing debenture holders can subscribe the debenture with the amount not exceeding 10,000 units or 10,000,000 baht per financial arranger.

The offering price: 1,000 baht per unit. The minimum subscription is 100,000 baht, with subsequent multiples of 100,000 baht.
