The debentures were assigned “A+” rating with a “Stable” outlook by TRIS Rating on December 13, 2024.

[3.15-3.35]% p.a.

Tranche 2: 5 year

[3.50-3.70]% p.a.

Tranche 3: 7 year

[3.70-3.85]% p.a.

Tranche 4: 10 year (Callable bond)*

[3.85-4.00]%  p.a.

The offering price per unit is 1,000 baht. The minimum subscription is 10,000 baht, with subsequent multiples of 10,000 baht for institutional investors, and subsequent multiples of 100,000 baht for ordinary investors. (including individual institutional investors)
Offering to: Public investors (Individual institutional investors must subscribe as retail investors) (Public Offering)
Expected subscription period: February [6 - 7 and 10], 2025. Additionally, Saturday,February [8], and Sunday,February [9], 2025, will be available exclusively via the online channel of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
Subscription Channels: Bangkok Bank Branches (except Micro Branches) or Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
