Investment Policy
The Fund invests in the investment units of FTGF ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund (the Master Fund), Class S Acc (USD), averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in assets both domestically and internationally including derivatives to hedge against the exchange rate risk depending on the discretion of the Fund Manager and/or for the efficient portfolio management and/or structured note. The Fund may invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 20% of the NAV. In addition, the invested fund can invest in other funds under the same management company but can only cascade to a maximum of one level.
The Management Company reserves the right to change the type and special characteristic of the Fund (Feeder Fund) to be the Fund of Funds or a fund with direct investment or return to be the Feeder Fund without increasing risk and significant changes in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager and depends on the market situation for the best interest of the unitholders.

Master Fund
FTGF ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund invests in the equities and assets equivalents of equities in infrastructure companies in G7 countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, and Canada, averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV of the Master Fund and invests in the equities in developed and developing countries not more than 20% of the NAV. In addition, infrastructure companies are those involved in public utilities, telecommunication and transportation, communication, service and social sectors.
Franking Templeton Investments as the asset management company of Master Fund assigns ClearBridge Investments as the Fund Manager which is the subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. The Fund is set up under UCITS regulation and registered to trade in Ireland under the control of Central Bank of Ireland which is the member of IOSCO.
