Investment Policy
The Fund only invests in the investment units of Invesco Funds - Invesco Asian Equity Fund, class C (AD) USD (the Master Fund), averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in securities or other assets that have been specified or approved by the SEC both domestically and internationally. In addition, the Fund may invest in derivatives to hedge against the exchange rate risk not less than 75% of offshore investment amount and/or for the efficient portfolio management and/or structured note. The Fund may also invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 100% of the NAV. Moreover, the invested fund can invest in other funds under the same management company but can only cascade to a maximum of 1 level.
The Management Company reserves the right to change the type and special characteristic of the Fund to be a Fund of Funds or direct investment or return to be a Feeder Fund without increasing risk and significant changes in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager and depends on the market situation for the best interest of the unitholders.

Master Fund
The investment units of Invesco Funds - Invesco Asian Equity Fund, class C (AD) USD, averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV of the Master Fund which has investment policies to invest in the equities issued by companies with the following criteria:
(1) Listed companies in Asia or
(2) Listed companies outside Asia but have their main business operations in Asia or
(3) Holding companies that mainly invest in listed companies in Asia.
In addition, investment in Asia excludes Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
