What is OTP and CVV?

A one-time password (OTP)

A one-time password (OTP) is an automatically generated numeric or alphanumeric string of characters that authenticates a user for a single online transaction. An OTP will be sent to customers by SMS or email for authentication without any cost. For security reasons, customers are advised to always use a debit card to make online payment to merchants who provide an OTP. In the case that you want to make a payment to a merchant who does not provide an OTP, you can call Bualuang Phone 1333 (available 24 hours a day) to set your purchase limit for international online transactions without an OTP.

Where you can find the "CVV Code" on your debit card

"CVV" stands for Card Verify Value and is used to confirm and protect your security when making online purchases with a debit card. The CVV of Be1st Smart debit card is the last 3 digits of the number located on the back of the debit card at the top right corner of the signature bar.
