Conditions
 
(1) Bangkok Bank conditions for donations
  • The 0.2% merit contribution from Bangkok Bank will be calculated from total credit card spending in each billing circle, excluding cash withdrawals, all kinds of interest and fees, fines, purchases of mutual funds, transactions from transfers of outstanding balance from other credit cards.
  • To redeem 1,000 accumulated points for a 100 baht donation to Siriraj, the bank requires the cardholder to use a redemption form. The cardholder will get a receipt from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.

 

(2) Be Smart installment plan conditions
  • For purchases made using a Bangkok Bank Visa Platinum Siriraj credit card at Siriraj (Siriraj and Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun hospitals) only.
  • Cardholders can apply for the Be Smart monthly installment plan before the end of the billing cycle at the Credit Card Call Center (66) 0 2638 4000 or by email card.srv@bangkokbank.com
  • The total expenditure must be a minimum of 5,000 baht/card/time and monthly installments must be a minimum of 500 baht.
  • The Bank reserves the right to offer 0% interest for installments for transactions of less than 100,000 baht/card/time. The cardholder does not receive reward points from the transaction.
  • For medical expenses of more than 100,000 baht/card/time at Siriraj (Siriraj and Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun hospitals) cardholders can choose from the following options:
    • Pay the total amount at a special interest rate of 0.74% for installments over 6 or 10 months.
    • Spread the spending
      • For the first 100,000 baht, pay 0% for 3 months, and then pay back the remainder over 100,000 baht in full. (Full payments will receive reward points in accordance with the Bank’s terms and conditions), or
      • For the first 100,000 baht, pay 0% for 3 months. Then for amounts of at least 5,000 baht over 100,000 Baht, cardholders can enjoy special interest rates of 0.74% for 6 or 10-month installments, respectively. The two installments will be collectively charged in the next billing cycle.
  • There are no reward points for the 0% installment plan; reward points are available only for the 0.74% installment plans in accordance with the Bank’s terms.

  • Free Bangkok Bank - Siriraj card checkup package for a health check at Siriraj H Solutions, ICS Mall 5th Floor (opposite ICONSIAM) Tel. 0 2414 1144, once you accumulate spending of 300,000 baht/year, counted from the issued month(3)
  • 5 - 40% discounts on medical procedures of Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine (Royal Thai Massage, Herbal Ball Massage, Herbal Sauna, Postpartum Care, Sappaya Service) and herbal products when having a check-up or health treatment at Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, 7th Floor, Piyamaharajkarun Building(4)
  • 10% discount for entry tickets to Siriraj Phimukhsthan Museum(5)
  • Reserved places for special parking at Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital(6)

(3) Free health check conditions

  • The Bangkok Bank - Siriraj card checkup package includes the following services: Vital Signs and Physical Examination, chest x‑ray, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fasting blood sugar (FBS), liver function test, lipid profile, kidney function test, electrocardiogram (EKG), stool examination, and outpatient service fees.
  • The value of the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package is 2,580 baht for cardholders of Thai nationality, and 3,225 baht for cardholders of non‑Thai nationality.
  • Cash withdrawals, all kinds of interest and fees, fines, purchases of mutual funds, purchases of insurances, transactions from transfers of outstanding balance from other credit cards and donations for Siriraj will be excluded from calculation of total credit card spending in each billing circle.
  • Limited to one right/card/year.
  • The Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package is exclusively reserved only for cardholders and is non‑transferable under any circumstances.
  • The Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package must be used within the period specified in the entitlement notification letter sent by the bank.
  • The privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • If you wish to take additional health examinations beyond those included in the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package, you will need to pay for all additional charges.
  • All terms and conditions are subject to those stipulated by Bangkok Bank and Siriraj Hospital and may change with prior notice given on www.bangkokbank.com
  • The Bank will send a letter offering the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package to cardholders who meet required spending conditions within 60 days after a year has elapsed from the month in which the card was issued.


How to redeem the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj Card checkup package


  1. Appointment: Cardholders are required to contact SIRIRAJ H SOLUTIONS at 0 2414 1144, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., or make an appointment via the SirirajConnect application, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. Redemption: Cardholders must present the health check‑up entitlement notification letter issued by the Bank together with the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj Visa Platinum Credit Card to the staff of SIRIRAJ H SOLUTIONS for registration prior to receiving the service.

    3. Appointments and entitlement redemptions are subject to Siriraj Hospital’s terms and conditions. The Bank bears no responsibility for the appointment or service procedures.

(4) Conditions for discounts at Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine – Please make an appointment for a medical check or health treatment at Tel. (66) 0 2419 1717-8. The Bank is not involved in the medical checks and/or medical services and/health treatment advice and/or any procedure by Siriraj.

(5) Discounts at Siriraj Phimukhsthan Museum – Bangkok Bank Visa Platinum Siriraj Credit cardholders must show their card to get discounts at the Siriraj Phimukhsthan Museum.

(6) Parking reservation conditions – Parking spaces at Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital are reserved for holders of Bangkok Bank Visa Platinum Siriraj Credit Cards. Simply show your credit card. The reserved parking is subject to the availability of parking spaces. The cardholders are responsible for parking fees.

Other Conditions

  • These privileges cannot be transferred or exchanged for others, or cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Please check the terms and conditions for privileges of Siriraj or shops before applying for the privileges.
  • Further terms and conditions of the Bank and its partners may apply at the place of use.
