  2. Campaign period for this mission: January 15, 2026 – March 31, 2026.
  3. Get Planktons when inviting friends to apply for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and they successfully enter the referral code. Redeem Planktons for free gifts.

    • Referrer : Get 500 Planktons when successfully inviting friends. Get an additional bonus (500 Planktons) when successfully inviting the 5 and then 10 friends (Limited to a maximum of 10 rights per referrer).
      • Successfully invite 1 friend, receive 500 Planktons.
      • Successfully invite 5 friends, receive Planktons and a bonus worth a total of 3,000 Planktons.
      • Successfully invite 10 friends, receive Planktons and a bonus worth a total of 6,000 Planktons.
    • Referral : Get 500 Planktons when applying for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and you successfully enter the referral code. (Limited to 1 right per person).

  4. Friends (“Referral”) who are referred must never have previously applied for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking. (customers who reapply after cancelling their existing account are not eligible).
  5. Friend invitations will be considered successful when the friend (“Referral”) enters the referral code in the “Enter the code for new members” box in the “Rewards” menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and presses “Submit” according to the conditions.

    • How to invite friends
      • Customer (“Referrer”) enters the “Rewards” menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and goes to the “Me” page
      • Press “Copy” on the referral code and send the code to your friends who have never previously applied for the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking application.
      • Friend (“Referral”) downloads the app and applies for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
      • Friend (“Referral”) enters the referral code in “Enter the code for new members” box at the “Rewards menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and presses “Submit” before 11:30 p.m. on the day of application.
      • Once the application is successful, customer (Referrer) and friend (Referral) will get Planktons according to the campaign conditions, and they can check their Planktons at the “Rewards” menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
  6. Once the referral is successful, customers will immediately receive their Planktons.
  7. Customers can check their Planktons in the “Rewards” menu on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
  8. Privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded or used with any other discounts or promotions.
  9. Bangkok Bank’s terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions for Check in and Other missions
  1. This privilege is for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking customers who complete the following missions at the “Rewards” menu. Then go to the “Mission” menu and choose “Other missions”.

    • Check in for 7 days (in total) to get 100 Planktons per month.
    • Complete the mini game to get 50 Planktons per month.
    • Answer questions to get 50 Planktons per month. *All answers will be used to analyze and improve Bangkok Bank’s products and services only. By selecting “Join Now”, you confirm that you agree with the Terms and Conditions of Bangkok Bank.
  2. Campaign period for this mission : January 15, 2026 – March 31, 2026.
  3. All three missions can be completed once per month. Once completed, customers cannot retake the missions in the same month. Customers can complete the missions in the following month.
  4. The maximum Planktons entitlement for each month is 200 Planktons (or a maximum of 600 Planktons throughout the entire campaign period).
Terms and Conditions for Transaction missions
  1. Transfer money at least once a day for 7 days within the same calendar month and get 100 Planktons (limited to 3 rights / customer / month, or a maximum of 300 Planktons per month)

    • This privilege is for customers who transfer money via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking at least once a day for 7 days within the same calendar month during the campaign period (except International Fund Transfers and Foreign Currency Deposits).
    • The campaign period for this mission is from January 15, 2026 – March 29, 2026, before 11:00 p.m. each day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered as a transaction for the next day (except on March 29, 2026, when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must select “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to select “Join Now” once throughout the entire campaign period).
    • Mission progress will be updated and shown within 2 days after a successful transaction.
    • After completing the mission, customers will get 100 Planktons within 2 days.
    • Limited to a maximum of 300 Planktons / month (Except for January 2026, which is limited to a maximum of 200 Planktons / month from this mission) or 800 Planktons throughout the entire campaign period from this mission. 
    • Caution! When completing the mission on the last two days of a month customers will receive Planktons the following month and they will be counted towards the following month’s quota.

  2. Scan to pay for BTS tickets at the automatic ticket machines in participating stations at least once a day for 3 days within the same calendar month and get 100 Planktons (limited to 1 right / customer / month, or a maximum of 300 Planktons throughout the entire campaign period)

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to scan QR (THAI QR PAYMENT) to pay for BTS tickets at the automatic ticket machines in participating stations. The payment must be made from a deposit account only (not via credit card payment) at least once a day for 3 days within the same calendar month, during the campaign period.

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to top up 200 baht or more / transaction with participating service providers at least once a day for 5 days within the same calendar month during the campaign period

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking top up Easy Pass (Service Code: EXAT) with 1,000 baht or more / transaction once within the same calendar month during the campaign period.
    • The campaign period for this mission is from January 15, 2026 – March 29, 2026, before 11:00 p.m. each day. Transactions made after 11:00 p.m. will be considered as a transaction for the next day (except on March 29, 2026, when customers can make transactions until 11:00 p.m.).
    • Customers must select “Join Now” in the “Rewards” menu, then go to the “Mission” menu before making a transaction (customers only need to select “Join Now” once throughout the entire campaign period).

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) or Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) bills of 100 baht or more / transaction, once a month within the same calendar month during the campaign period.
    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay their Waterworks bill with Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking by scanning the water bill QR Code/Barcode or the QR Code/Barcode on the MWA on Mobile (Metropolitan Waterworks Authority) application or paying App to App on the PWA Plus Life application (Provincial Waterworks Authority)

    • This privilege is for customers who use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to pay Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) or Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) bills of 1,000 baht or more / transaction, once a month within the same calendar month during the campaign period.

Conditions for privileges redemption
  1. The period for privileges redemption is from January 15, 2026 – March 31, 2026.
  2. Redemptions must be made in the “Rewards” menu by March 31, 2026, otherwise the customer will forfeit the privilege. Redemption conditions and limitations for each privilege are as follows
    • TrueMoney Wallet Top-up code valued at 50 baht (Use 650 Planktons for redemption) and limited to 500 privileges per month for January 2026 and 1,000 privileges per month(within the same calendar month) for February and March 2026 and limited to 3 redemptions per person for the entire campaign period.
    • TrueMoney Wallet Top-up code valued at 100 baht (Use 1,200 Planktons for redemption) and limited to 500 privileges per month for January 2026 and 1,000 privileges per month (within the same calendar month) for February and March 2026 and limited to 3 redemptions per person for the entire campaign period.
    • Starbucks e-Coupon valued at 100 baht (Use 1,200 Planktons for redemption) and limited to 500 privileges per month for January 2026 and 1,000 privileges per month(within the same calendar month) for February and March 2026 and limited to 3 redemptions per person for the entire campaign period.
    • Bangchak e-Coupon valued at 100 baht (Use 1,200 Planktons for redemption) and limited to 500 privileges per month for January 2026 and 1,000 privileges per month(within the same calendar month) for February and March 2026 and limited to 3 redemptions per person for the entire campaign period.
  3. Customers can choose the same privilege every month and limited to 3 redemptions per person for each reward for the entire campaign period.
  4. After redemption, customers can check their privileges at "My Rewards" in the “Rewards” menu.
  5. Customers can use the e-Coupon / e-Voucher / code until March 31, 2026. Otherwise, the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  6. Privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded or used with any other discounts or promotions.
  7. Bangkok Bank and the companies’ terms and conditions apply.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Bangkok Bank and the company will be treated as final.
Conditions for using TrueMoney Wallet Top-up code
  1. Please register with TrueMoney Wallet before proceeding with the reward redemption.
  2. Ensure that the phone number linked to your TrueMoney Wallet is correct before confirming the reward redemption. The company reserves the right not to return points or accept any responsibility if the wrong phone number is entered during the redemption process.
  3. If the code is entered but not used for any reason, the company reserves the right not to provide any compensation in any case.

  1. Select the reward for redemption.

Conditions for using Starbucks e-Coupon
  1. Customers are required to use the e-Coupon before it expires, otherwise the customer will forfeit the privilege. 
  2. The e-Coupon can be used at Starbucks Thailand by scanning the QR Code from a mobile phone only.
  3. The e-Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase and is not valid as a screenshot.
  4. The e-Coupon can be used to pay for products and services at Starbucks stores only.
  5. Customers can reuse the e-Coupon until the balance of the coupon is used up.
  6. The e-Coupon can be used with Starbucks promotions. 
  7. The e-Coupon can be used at any Starbucks store in Thailand.
  8. The e-Coupon cannot be topped up, used to transfer funds to the Starbucks card or added to the Starbucks application. 
  9. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and will not get Starbucks rewards benefits.
  10. Customers can pay with a maximum of 15 e-Coupons per receipt only.
  11. Starbucks adheres to the “Data Privacy policy” in which no one other than the card owner will be able to know, or disclose, card usage information. Therefore, in cases where the e-Coupon has already been used and the customer has questions about usage information, the card owner can contact Customer Care n 02 339 0996.
Conditions for using Bangchak e-Coupon
  1. Customers are required to use the e-coupon before it expires, otherwise the customer will forfeit the privilege.
  2. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged, returned, or exchanged for cash for any reason.
  3. The e-Coupon can be used at participating Bangchak gas stations.
  4. The e-Coupon can be used once per transaction.
  5. In the case where the price of refueling is lower than the e-Coupon value, the difference cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Conditions for plankton collection activities to support sea turtle nursery water filtration systems

  1. Mobile Banking customers are invited to help collect up to 1,000,000 Planktons to support the installation of a water filtration system for the treatment and rehabilitation of sea turtles in the upper Gulf of Thailand, valued at 74,200 baht per water filtration unit. The water filtration unit(s) will be donated to the Upper Gulf of Thailand Marine and Coastal Resources Research Center. Customers can help collect up to 2,000,000 Planktons to support the installation of up to two water filtration units (to be delivered and installed by September 2026).
  2. Customers can help collect Planktons by selecting “Redeem” on the activity banner in the Rewards menu.
  3. To participate in the activity, customers must use 100 Planktons in exchange for one participation. 
  4. Limited to a maximum of 10,000 Planktons contributed per person (or up to 100 participations per person) throughout the campaign period.
  5. The campaign period is from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  6. Customers can check their contributions at “My Privileges” in the “Rewards” menu and can check the accumulated Planktons contributed to this campaign on the Bangkok Bank website.
  7. Once redeemed Planktons, customers cannot cancel or request refunds under any circumstances.
  8. Bangkok Bank’s terms and conditions apply.
  9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Bangkok Bank and the company will be treated as final.
