1 Depends on coverage plan selection.
2 Refers to out-patient medical expenses in case the Insured visits the hospital as an out-patient at the Out-patient Department (OPD), which depends on coverage plan selection.
3 Six conditions of Critical Illness are Acute heart attack, Major stroke, Coronary artery by-pass surgery, Invasive cancer, Major organs transplantation or Bone marrow transplantation, and Surgery to Aorta.
4 Deductible per policy year policy refers to the initial part of a loss that the Insured must be responsible for according to the insurance contract. Deductible amount will be counted in a portion of the Insured’s right under this rider, which is excluded Out-patient benefit endorsement (if any).
5 For the Insured who fully reaches 11 years and above at the day this rider is effective, or from anniversary date of the policy year after the Insured fully reaches 11 years and above.
6 Personal Medical Case Management: PMCM provides a medical advice service, giving care and support throughout a treatment journey. For you to receive good, and proper treatment. The eligibility of a service is in accordance with conditions that AIA Group and a service provider have stipulated. The length of service can be adjusted. For more details visit www.aia.co.th
7Life insurance premium is tax-deductible up to 100,000 baht, according to the Notification of the Director-General of the Revenue Department on Income Tax (No. 172). An eligible portion of health insurance premium is tax-deductible up to 25,000 baht, according to the Notification of the Director-General of the Revenue Department on Income Tax (No. 383). When combined with life insurance premiums this must not exceed 100,000 baht in total.
While the policy is in force and has not been converted to ETI according to the right of policy value as indicated in the policy, The Company shall pay death benefit up to the highest amount among the following:

A rider is a one-year insurance contract that is renewable. To renew this rider, the Company reserves the right to change the Insuring Agreement, such as adding a Copayment condition according to the rate and criteria as specified in the rider contract and reserves the right to adjust the premium rate in a policy year due to various factors such as age, occupational class, historical claim payments of the Company, etc. For medical riders, there may be other factors such as higher medical expenses or historical claim payments of the portfolio. Such adjustment of premium rate is subject to approval of the Registrar.
