Investment Policy
The Fund invests in the investment units of two or more equity funds (destination funds) that managed by Pictet Asset Management averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. The destination funds focus on investing in equities of companies around the world involved in sustainable management by taking into account the positive impacts on society and the environment of products and services across the value chain. The Fund will invest in any destination fund averaged in an accounting year not more than 79% of the NAV. The Fund Manager can change the investment proportion of the destination fund as appropriate.
For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in other domestic and foreign securities or assets including derivatives and/or structured notes to hedge depending on the discretion of the Fund Manager and/or for efficient portfolio management, and may also invest in investment units of mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 20% of the NAV.
The Management Company may change the type and special characteristic of the Fund (Fund of Funds) to be the Feeder Fund, direct investment, or Fund of Funds without increased risk and the significant change in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager depending on the market situation for the benefits of the unitholders.

The Fund may invest in the investment units of CIS below more than 20% of the NAV.

- Pictet - Clean Energy - I USD invests in global equities that are involved in clean energy such as reducing CO2and renewable energy, etc. and focuses on companies that have positive impacts on environment in every step of production.
