Investment Policy
The Fund only invests in the investment units of Allianz China A-Shares (the Master Fund), averaged in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV. Allianz China A-Shares is an overseas fund for which Allianz Global Investors GmbH (the Management Company of the Master Fund) appointed Allianz Global Investors Asia Pacific Limited as a fund manager. The Master Fund has an investment policy of long-term capital growth by investing primarily in China A-Shares equity markets of the People’s Republic of China.
For the remaining portion, the Fund may invest in other domestic and foreign securities or assets including derivatives to hedge depending on the discretion of the Fund Manager and/or for efficient portfolio management and/or structured note. The Fund may invest in investment units of other mutual funds under the same management averaged in an accounting year not more than 20% of the NAV.

The Management Company may change the type and special characteristics of the Fund (Feeder Fund) to be a Fund of Funds, direct investment or return to a Feeder Fund without increasing risk and making significant change in returns. This is at the discretion of the Fund Manager depending on the market situation for the benefits of unitholders.
