Up to 10 times your monthly salary
Loans of up to 60% of the appraised value of your collateral, if located in Bangkok or metropolitan areas; or 50% of the appraised value of your collateral if located in provincial areas.
Minimum loan of 100,000 baht (up to 2 million baht if running your own business)
Access to an additional loan – on top of the credit ceiling, you can take out a loan for a maximum of 80-90% of the appraised value of the collateral asset to decorate or renovate your residential property.
Loan Repayment: No minimum payment or extra fees if you pay back your loan faster than the bank’s schedule.
Loan Drawdown: Convenient access to your funds – withdraw your approved funds any time using cheques, cashier cheques, or your Be1st Visa Debit card at any Bualuang ATM.
Collateral: Land with residential building title (excluding leasehold and bare land)
Fee waiver – no charge for loan management, loan extensions or excess/early repayments
Free! Appraisal fee for existing Bualuang Home Loan customers who apply for a Bualuang Saan Fun Loan, if the collateral is not over one year and the total loan amount doesn’t exceed the initial home loan amount
Appraisal fee of 3,000 baht (excludes VAT) for new customers and existing Bualuang Home Loan customers who want to take out loans for more than the initial home loan amount.
