How to verify identification at ATM and ATM+

At an ATM, select “BeMyID”.

2.


Enter the reference code received via your Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and press “Confirm”.

3.


Insert your citizen ID card as shown in the screen.

4.


Please take the card out and press “Confirm”.

5.


The system is checking your citizen ID data and reference code.

6.


The identity verification is successful. Press “Confirm”.

7.


The transaction at the ATM is complete. You can continue to use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking for identity verification.

At an ATM+, select “BeMyID”.

2.


Enter the reference code received via your Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking and press “Confirm”.

3.


Insert  your citizen ID card as shown in the screen.

4.


Please take the card out and press “Confirm”.

5.


The system is checking your citizen ID data and reference code.

6.


The identity verification is successful. Press “Confirm”.

7.


The transaction at the ATM+ is complete. You can continue to use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking for identity verification.

Reasons your identity verification is not successful:

  • You failed to enter the correct 7-digit reference code on more than 5 occasions, or you have taken more than 48 hrs and the code has expired.
  • You haven’t sent an identity verification request via “Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking” 
  • You’ve successfully verified your identity at the ATM, but you didn't use the same ID card to re-verify.
  • You used an expired a Citizen ID card. 
  • The machine is broken such as the card reader function.
