Collateral
A land title for either a residential property or a residential condominium (excluding vacant land and leasehold properties).
Fees
Appraisal fee - a minimum 3,000 baht (excluding VAT).
The fees depend on the collateral type, size and amount announced by the bank on the website or at branches.
Borrow only a necessary and repayable amount.
The effective interest rate throughout the contract term is between 6.05% - 6.30% per annum.
The MRR interest rate as of April 29, 2024 = 7.05% per annum. Floating interest rates can move up or down.
